Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Condition of Product: Returned items must be in their original condition, free from damage, misuse, or signs of wear, and include all original components, accessories, and packaging.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-built or special-order products

    • Products that have been installed, modified, or integrated into a system

Return Process

  1. Authorization:

    • Contact Customer Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    • Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Inspection:

    • Once the return is received, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refunds and Restocking Fee

  1. Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection.

  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be applied to non-defective returns to cover processing costs.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
